Hip-hop Indie Rnb Rock artist Jimmy Two Shoes J2S, began making music out of his closet when he was 18. He dropped his first studio album with his first hit song "Drive, It's Simple" off his August album The Jimmy Two Shoes Album. Hailing from the small town of Warner Robins, GA, J2S’s creative mind led him to designing not only his own clothing line, but many musical projects as well.

The Jimmy Two Shoes vogue was established during the Corona Virus , and is an advocate for social justice nd highly passionate about the blm movement.

“Music is about showing people we aren’t just here for ourselves”. He means that no one should be treated as a means to an end, and to “wake up” and live as selfless as possible, says J2S on his first album. Imbued with lyricism and flow, J2S articulates the stories of his struggles against anxiety and society, and the ordeals of his own past and present relationships. Coming across vulnerable in every track, Jimmy Two Shoes creates music (and fashion) for those who are just like him, and need someone they can look up to, and express themselves with.

“Growing up, music was a way to understand and cope with the world,” he adds. “Music has always been there for me. I hope people can use my music in the same way.”

Currently, J2S is fundraising, donating the proceeds from his mixtape/merch (90) to charity, while enrolled at San Francisco State University, where he studies cinematography. In addition, J2S hosts concerts called “College Fest” where local upcoming artists showcase their new music and skills. He plans to host his next festival in 2021. 

Born in Lancaster, CA and raised in Warner Robins, GA, J2S (born Caelan Hakim Crockett) names Childish Gambino, Logic, Kid Cudi and Joey Bada$$ among many of his influences.
